What are the dimensions of STARX flags?

STARX flags currently come in a variety of sizes, ranging from 3.8m to 8m tall. The wide range of sizes makes it possible to create interesting scenery combinations at events.

What is included in the standard STARX PRO flag kit?

Standard STARX PRO flag kit includes: inflatable flag pole, flag–base connecting piece, replaceable printed flag banner, carry bag.

Can I use a STARX flag without the base?

To benefit fully from the advantages of a STARX flag, you should equip yourself with one of the available bases which are intended for different purposes. Only STARX GO flags are suitable for use without bases.

Does the kit include a pump?

By default, STARX flags do not come with pumps. The standard pump is a hand pump that generates the right pressure, has a manometer for controlling the pressure and is sufficient for the use of STARX flags. Electric pumps act only as a supplement, especially when setting up multiple flags.

Is it possible to replace the graphic on a STARX flag with another?

YES. For each STARX flag, it is possible to purchase an additional banner that can be easily replaced using a zipper.

How long does it take to inflate a flag?

Inflating takes a maximum of a few minutes depending on the flag size and pump type.

Is it possible to fix a tear/hole in the pole?

Minor damage to the tight liner can be repaired independently using the repair kit. Larger damages require the replacement of the tight liner or sending the liner back for repair at the manufacturer's premises. Damaged outer lining of the flag pole should be repaired at the manufacturer's premises.

Can the flags be used outdoors?

STARX flags are adapted to outdoor use, but remember to choose an appropriate base for the place and conditions in which you intend to use the flag. You will find all the information you need in the user manual.

Do STARX flags take up much space when folded?

STARX flags can be packed into a small compact bag when deflated. They are light, portable and fit in the boot of a car.
